Pat Boccio has served on the Township of Green Brook Planning Board for over 4 years and is the current Vice Chairman.
Pat is a New Jersey resident since 1986 and has lived in Green Brook for 13 years with his wife Annie and their three sons, aged 20, 16, and 11, all of whom attend or graduated from the Green Brook school system.
A graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering, and a 24 year veteran in the engineering consulting field, Pat is a Principal and Director, Project Management for Integrated Project Services in Franklin Township, New Jersey and is a Professional Engineer in New Jersey, New York, and California.
Consistently giving his time as a volunteer, Pat has logged 12 years of service with Green Brook Cub Scout Pack 129 and Boy Scout Troop 129 serving as Den Leader, Cubmaster, Committee Chairman, and currently as Assistant Scout Master.
Pat has been a member of the Green Brook Lions Club for 4 years and is the Club’s current President. He has also served as Secretary and Scholarship Chairman.
Pat has recently completed a very rewarding 10 years as a CCD teacher at Our Lady of Mount Virgin Church in Middlesex, New Jersey. Pat has also served as member of the Green Brook Volunteer Day Committee, as a Green Brook Little League coach, and as a Green Brook Hockey League coach.
In recognition of his many years of service to the community, Pat Boccio was named Green Brook’s Volunteer of the Year for 2008.

Ken Herrmann has served the Township of Green Brook for over 9 years, serving as Mayor in 2008.
As a member of the Green Brook Planning Board for 9 years, he was involved with Master Plan re-evaluations. Currently, Ken is a member of the Youth Services Commission and Open Space Committee. Ken has had prior involvement as the liaison to Fire and EMS, as well as the seniors, Committee on Elder Affairs and as the Zoning Board liaison. As Mayor, Ken worked to obtain over 8 acres of open space. He has worked with the county to institute safety measures on Warrenville Road and successful negotiated settlements for the town.
Ken has resided in Green Brook for 14 years with his wife Jennifer and three children, all in the Green Brook school system. Ken has been a resident of Somerset County for 40 years, growing up in Bridgewater. Ken graduated from the University of Dayton, Dayton Ohio in 1985 with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Engineering. He has worked in the telecommunication field for 16 years, and prior to that in R&D at AT&T Bell Labs. Currently Ken is employed by Tata Communications in Matawan, NJ as a Senior Manager involved in Network and Operations Services of an international communication system dealing mainly with submarine cable systems.
Ken has been a member of the Green Brook Lions Club for 7 years having held the position of President, as well as the office of Treasurer and Secretary. Ken has been involved in many of Green Brook’s community events and organizations always looking to lend a helping hand.
